Ingredients
– 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked and cooled
– 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
– 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
– 1/4 cup croutons
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.

Notes
