Description

Juicy, cheesy chicken sliders with crispy bacon and creamy ranch dressing – the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack. These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are easy to make and packed with irresistible flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup ranch dressing

– 12 slider buns, split in half

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

2. 2. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

3. 3. Remove the chicken from the heat and stir in the crumbled bacon and ranch dressing.

4. 4. Place the slider buns cut-side up on a baking sheet. Divide the chicken bacon ranch mixture evenly among the buns and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. 6. Serve the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders warm, with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add diced green onions or fresh parsley to the chicken mixture. These sliders can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
