Ingredients
– 4 slices of bread
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 4 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. 3. Place the bread, butter-side down, in the preheated skillet or griddle.
