Description

Indulge in the lush, aromatic blend of sweet cherry and fragrant earl grey tea in this creamy, comforting milk tea. Elevate your afternoon with this easy-to-make, restaurant-quality treat.

Ingredients

– 2 earl grey tea bags

– 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

– 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and halved

– 2 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

1. 1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. 2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the 2 earl grey tea bags. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes.

3. 3. In a separate small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming and frothy.

4. 4. Remove the tea bags from the brewed tea and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

5. 5. Add the cherries to the hot tea and stir to combine.

6. 6. Pour the hot milk into the cherry tea, making sure to incorporate the frothy top.

7. 7. Serve the Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea warm, garnished with additional cherries if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use whole milk or a blend of milk and cream. You can also experiment with different types of cherries, such as sour, Bing, or Rainier. Adjust the sugar to your desired sweetness level.
