Ingredients
– 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
– 1 (9 x 13 inch) graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. – Add the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract (if using). Beat until well combined.
4. – Pour the cherry pie filling into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. – Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
6. – Sprinkle the graham cracker crust evenly over the top.
7. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
8. – Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
