Description

Ingredients

– 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

– 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

– 1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – Unfold the puff pastry sheet and place it on a lightly floured surface.

3. – In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. – Spread the artichoke and cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a 1-inch border.

5. – Carefully roll up the puff pastry, starting from one of the shorter sides, to create a log.

6. – Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. – Serve the Cheesy Puff Pastry with Artichokes and Herbs warm, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized by adding or substituting different types of cheese, herbs, or even sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
