Ingredients

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced

– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

– Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a cast iron skillet, spread the softened cream cheese in an even layer.

3. – Top the cream cheese with the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

4. – Sprinkle the diced pepperoni, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the cheese.
