Description

Indulge in these mouthwatering Candy Cane Fireball Gummies – a boozy, peppermint-infused holiday delight! Chewy, sweet, and with a subtle kick of cinnamon-spiced Fireball whiskey, these festive gummies are a must-try for any holiday celebration.

Ingredients

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 1 cup light corn syrup

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey

– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

1. 1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and set aside.

2. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the gelatin, corn syrup, and sugar. Whisk together and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom the gelatin.

3. 3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and the sugar has dissolved, about 5-7 minutes.

4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the Fireball whiskey and peppermint extract until well combined.

5. 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

6. 6. Dust a cutting board with powdered sugar and invert the gummy block onto the board. Cut into 1-inch squares.

7. 7. Toss the gummy squares in powdered sugar to coat and enjoy!

Notes

Store the Candy Cane Fireball Gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the Fireball whiskey.
