Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 head of cabbage, chopped
– 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
– 4 cups beef broth
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
2. 2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
3. 3. Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, and basil. Stir to combine.
