Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup uncooked white rice

– 1 large onion, thinly sliced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 1 tsp Dijon mustard

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

2. 2. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.

3. 3. In the same skillet used for the beef, add the sliced onions and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
