Crispy, flavor-packed Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are the perfect healthy snack or appetizer. Baked to perfection and coated in a delicious buffalo sauce, these bites are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

3. – Dredge the cauliflower florets in the breadcrumb mixture, coating them evenly.

4. – Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

5. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.

6. – In a large bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.

7. – Add the baked cauliflower florets to the buffalo sauce mixture and toss to coat evenly.

8. – Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites warm, with your favorite dipping sauces on the side.

Notes

For extra crispy bites, try air frying the breaded cauliflower instead of baking. You can also adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired level of spice.
