Description

Indulge in the ultimate flavor explosion with these Buffalo Blitz Bites! Flaky puff pastry envelops a creamy, spicy buffalo chicken dip, creating a perfectly portable and irresistible party snack.

Ingredients

– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

– 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, blue cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

3. 3. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll it out slightly to a 12×12-inch square.

4. 4. Cut the puff pastry into 16 equal squares.

5. 5. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken dip in the center of each pastry square.

6. 6. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle and press the edges to seal.

7. 7. Transfer the filled pastries to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

8. 8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.

9. 9. Serve warm, with additional hot sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.

Notes

For best results, make sure to thaw the puff pastry completely before using. The filling can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to assemble. These Buffalo Blitz Bites are perfect for game day, parties, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a delicious and easy-to-eat appetizer.
