Ingredients
– 1 lb broccolini, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. – Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
