Ingredients

– 4 cups broccoli florets

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

3. – Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. – Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the breadcrumbs over the top.

5. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
