Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 3 cups broccoli florets
– 2 cups cooked white rice
– 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
3. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. – Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
