Ingredients

– 2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

– 2 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Pierce the sweet potatoes several times with a fork.

3. 3. Bake the sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
