Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 8 breakfast sausage links
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
3. – Place a sausage link at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough around the sausage, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the narrow end.
4. – Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. – In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
