Ingredients

Instructions

2. – Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll it out into a large rectangle.
3. – Evenly sprinkle the blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and fresh thyme over the puff pastry.
4. – Starting from one of the shorter sides, tightly roll the puff pastry into a log.
5. – Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces.
6. – Arrange the puff pastry twirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. – Brush the tops of the twirls with the beaten egg.
