Ingredients

– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

– 2 tbsp honey

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
