Ingredients

– 2 (15 oz) cans of corn, drained

– 1 (10.75 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. 3. Transfer the corn mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

4. 4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.

5. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. 6. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
