Ingredients
– 8 all-beef hot dogs
– 8 slices bacon
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup bourbon
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. – Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
3. – Grill the bacon-wrapped hot dogs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.
4. – In a skillet, sauté the onion over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
