Ingredients
– 8 slices bacon
– 2 ripe avocados, sliced
– 8 slices sourdough bread
– 8 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat a grill or griddle to medium-high heat.
2. – Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
3. – Place 4 slices of bread on a clean surface. Top each slice with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, followed by 2-3 avocado slices.
4. – Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the avocado on each sandwich.
5. – Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top to create 4 sandwiches.
