Ingredients
– 8 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. – Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
