Ingredients
– 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1. – In a shallow dish, combine the tofu cubes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
