These homemade Apple Pie Jello Shots combine the classic flavors of apple pie with a boozy twist, creating a delightful and indulgent party treat. The creamy jello base is infused with vodka and spices, then poured into hollowed-out apple cups for a fun and impressive presentation.
Ingredients
– 1 cup water
– 1 (3 oz) package apple-flavored gelatin
– 1 cup vodka
– 4 medium apples, cored and hollowed out
– Ground cinnamon, for garnish
– Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved.
2. 2. Allow the gelatin mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the vodka.
3. 3. Carefully pour the jello mixture into the hollowed-out apple cups, filling them to the top.
4. 4. Refrigerate the apple jello shots for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes
For a stronger apple flavor, you can substitute apple juice or apple cider for some of the water. You can also experiment with different vodka flavors, such as apple or cinnamon. These jello shots can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
