Ingredients

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup apple cider

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

– 1 graham cracker crust


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 325°F.

2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

3. – Gradually add the sugar, beating well after each addition.

4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. – Stir in the apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.

6. – Pour the batter into the prepared graham cracker crust.

7. – Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.

8. – Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for an additional 1 hour.

9. – Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

10. – Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes
