Description

Indulge in the savory, creamy goodness of this Antipasto Cream Cheese Log – an irresistible party appetizer that’s ready in just 5 minutes! Packed with Italian meats, olives, and herbs, it’s sure to be the hit of any gathering.


Ingredients

– 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup chopped salami or pepperoni

– 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives

– 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

1. – In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped salami or pepperoni, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix until well-incorporated.

2. – Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Transfer the cream cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape into a log.

3. – Wrap the plastic wrap around the log and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

4. – Remove the log from the refrigerator and unwrap. Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

– For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.

– Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
