Ingredients
– 4 cups water
– 2 tablespoons white miso paste
– 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 lemon, juiced and zested
– 2 scallions, thinly sliced
– 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.
