Description

Sizzling Andouille Sausage and juicy shrimp come together in these flavor-packed skewers, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or impressive appetizer.


Ingredients

– 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. – In a large bowl, toss the Andouille sausage and shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. – Thread the sausage and shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.

4. – Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is opaque and the sausage is lightly charred.

5. – Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or lemon wedges if desired.

Notes
