Ingredients
– 1 lb sourdough dough, divided into 12 equal pieces
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
– 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
1. – Roll each piece of sourdough dough into a thin circle.
2. – Place 1-2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
3. – Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and crimp the edges to seal.
4. – Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
