Ingredients
– 1 lb lamb loin, cut into 2-inch cubes
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. – Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a bowl, combine the lamb cubes, minced garlic, chopped oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the lamb evenly.
3. – Drizzle the olive oil over the seasoned lamb and toss again to ensure the lamb is fully coated.
4. – Arrange the lamb lollipops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
