Ingredients
– 2 cans (15 oz each) corn, drained
– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup crushed crackers
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
3. – Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. – Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. – Top the casserole with the crushed crackers and the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
6. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
